How we approach your project
A one-page proposal
You receive an outline of the pages, languages, booking options and itemised costs. We also agree how to check that everything works, from the availability calendar to enquiry delivery.
Building in stages
You review the first version on a separate preview site. Your current website stays available until the new one is ready. Larger projects can be delivered in stages.
After that: management and promotion in one place
If you want help with maintenance or promotion, we agree what I handle and what you manage yourself. I can make website changes as part of a campaign.
What we check before starting
We review what you need and what you already use. The proposal sets out the work and the cost of each part.
- A booking system that moves across or gets connected
- Connections with the booking platforms
- Paying on the site, or only on arrival
- A page per house, and extra pages for the surroundings or packages
- A landing page for a campaign
- A newsletter to guests who came before
- Your Google Business Profile

You pay once for the build and keep ownership and access. There is no required subscription with me. Hosting and maintenance are available if you want them, with any ongoing costs agreed in advance.

Frequently asked questions
Our bookings run through a system we pay for. Does that have to go?
Not necessarily. I review your current setup first. We may keep the system and connect the new website to it, or discuss a better fit. The proposal explains the options.
We are a company and decide with several people.
Of course. The proposal is concise and easy to share with your partners or accountant. We can arrange a short call before you decide.
Can you do the management and the promotion as well?
Yes. I can handle the website, maintenance and promotion together, including any changes a campaign needs.
What does this cost?
You receive an itemised proposal before deciding. Maintenance and promotion are optional. I do not charge commission on bookings or require a website subscription.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. You can update text, photos and prices yourself. I show you how at handover.
